“NPK Soyuzspetzavtomatika” operating on manufacture, sale, application, technical services of electronic equipments and software under the trademark of “KODOS” since the year of 1995, decided to invest in Turkey as from 2005, together with its investments in Russia, Central Asian countries and Germany.
Following the investment decision, the same company began to operate under the name of “Baumann Elektronik Guvenlik Sistemleri Ltd. Shti.” with its central address in Antalya in April 2005.

The main field of activity of Baumann Elektronik Guvenlik Sistemleri Ltd. Shti. is to manufacture electronic security systems and software by means of advanced technologies.

The manufacturing activity carried out by the AR-GE department, established as a result of participation of education workers and students of Moscow University in Russia, has been applied as a model of example in Turkey.

The security and SCADA automation, supply and software products not being manufactured in Turkey are planned to be produced in Turkey as a result of activity of AR-GE.
